EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
Any product purchased from SUBHAN ARTS can be exchanged or refund under the following circumstances:
Refunds
Refund is only allowed in cases where the product is found to be damaged or product received is different from order. SUBHAN ARTS should be intimated in writing of damage within 06 hours after receiving the product. It is mandatory that the damaged item is returned back to SUBHAN ARTS with original packing, labels and price tags. Refund will only be processed once SUBHAN ARTS has received the product and analyzed the cause of damage. Refund will be made to the same account that was used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping cost is non-refundable unless product is faulty or different from order. The refund process may take one week. Once the order is processed it cannot be cancelled/refunded unless incase of damaged or different product received at dispatch as mentioned above.
Please Note: SUBHAN ARTs will not bear any charges applied by the bank on credit card transactions including, refund charges and exchange rate differential if any applied by the bank. SUBHAN ARTS will be pleased to provide any documentary evidence if required by the customer.

Exchange
Kindly select the right color, when placing your order. The customer service representative is always there to help at +92 345 (4133349), 3118 (1117400), 310 (4128225) to help you with colors. SUBHAN ARTS does not have a policy of exchanging the color upon wrong color order, however on our complete discretion, SUBHAN ARTS may accommodate His customers and exchange the color as per the exchange policy but shipping charges will be applied.
Request for exchange should be made within 06 hours of receiving the article by courier. If the article is not used, all tags are intact and you have original invoice with you, then you are good to go ahead with the exchange.
